Peter first started training companies when software products like Lotus 123 and dBase were being launched and has continued actively training on technology ever since.

Peter established his interest in Dynamics 365 / CRM when he held the Product and Marketing Director role for a global training organisation. Since 2003, Peter has worked exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM projects and services for some of the largest and some of the smallest implementations. He has skills across Business Analysis, Design and Technical Consulting, Project Management but still gets the biggest kick from transferring skills to consultants and end users.

Peter is a member of the Learning and Performance Institute and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and Trainer.
